IMI City of Refuge in Honduras  continues to pray into and develop a self-sustaining mini city. That not only provides food and recources for the COR but also to put jobs and resources back into the community. 

We are currently fund raising for a large hydroponics greenhouse that will have the ability to take waste water from our tilapia ponds to irrigate.

Currenlty in Honduras there are four welding colleges. We are in the process of building the fifth school. The building is up and we are seeking funds to  finish the electrical phase of the project. Our goal is to train up individuals for a career in welding and partnering with US based companies for jobs. The president of our newly founded college is Mr. Kevin Dahle, a former professor of welding at a tech college in WI, USA.

Other projects in our vision of expansion include a new technical school, fully functional health institute a second hand store and a salon. These projects provide services, job training as well as jobs within our the local community surrounding IMI COR.
