The City of Refuge is first and foremost a Christian missions base where the words “Christian missions” are defined in many ways. While our core mission is supporting and educating at-risk children. We are also set up to support first time missionaries with a desire to get their proverbial feet wet in missions.

City of Refuge trips are ideal for everyone including the elderly, families with small children and those who want to serve others during their vacation time instead of just being served themselves.

We are also a venue for individual missionary interns. In some cases, internships in fields such as social work and agriculture may qualify for college credit.

While we always need help in areas like construction, agriculture, sorting donations, sewing, tutoring, art, music, soccer, volleyball, swimming, wrestling and of course evangelism and outreach. There is a place for you here regardless of your abilities. Just tell us what God is calling you to do, and we’ll do our best to make that happen.
